The typical cost for an attendee to participate in a Great Banquet weekend is $60. Team members and guest sponsors are asked to contribute this amount when possible.

It has always been the spirit of our community that money should never be an obstacle for anyone who wishes to attend. We rely on the generous donations and ongoing support of our Community. Your contributions help us continue to host these powerful weekends and make them accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. Checks can be made out to Holy Cross Lutheran Church (with TGB in the memo) and mailed to the following address at any time of year:

Checks or cash can be given to a board member during the banquet season or discreetly handed to the registration table at the time of guest check-in.

As you consider giving online, we kindly ask that you check the option to “cover the processing fees” when making your donation. This small gesture helps us continue offering the convenience of online giving while ensuring your full gift goes directly to supporting the Great Banquet weekends.

If you're considering donating items, please review the list below for things we can currently accept. Due to limited storage space, we ask that donations be limited to the listed items at this time. Thank you for helping us serve our guests well.

  • Toiletry items (travel size shampoo, conditioner, earplugs, etc)
  • Air Mattresses
  • Yarn - If you're interested in donating your time by crocheting cross necklaces or braiding God watches, please contact Jan Aikman at 317-509-1152.
  • Snacks/pop/water - Please bring these items to Wednesday night's Set-up.
